Dashboard User Guide
What is the BestBridge Dashboard
The Dashboard is where you can view payments, refunds, subscriptions, analytics, and reports for your projects. It is also where developers get the keys needed to integrate the Unity SDK.

What you see in the Dashboard depends on your role. Roles are assigned by the account owner or a project administrator.

Role

Access

Owner

Everything across all company projects

Project Admin

Payments, refunds, analytics, catalog, and shops for their own projects

Developer & QA

Orders and subscriptions (view only), sandbox environment, integration documentation

Accountant

Payments, analytics, financial reports, and exports

If a section you need is missing from the menu, your role most likely does not have access to it. Please contact the account owner.
How to Sign In
Self-registration is not available. Accounts are created by the BestBridge team or by your account owner. You will receive an invitation email at the address you provided.
First Sign-In via Invitation
An administrator sends you an email with a link. The link is valid for 48 hours, so please complete your registration promptly.

1. Open the email and follow the link.
2. Enter your name and password, then confirm the password.
3. Set up two-factor authentication (2FA).
  • Authenticator app: scan the QR code with Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. If the QR code cannot be scanned, enter the setup key manually. Then enter the 6-digit code from the app and click Confirm.
4. Save your recovery codes. They are shown only once. These codes will let you sign in if you lose your phone.
5. Done! The Dashboard will open.
Regular Sign-In
Signing in takes two steps: your password, then a code.
1. Enter your email and password, then click Log in.
2. Enter the code from your authenticator app.
Please note:
  • After 5 consecutive failed attempts, sign-in is blocked for 15 minutes. This applies to both the password and the 2FA code.
Dashboard Sections
After signing in, you land on Analytics. If your role does not have access to financial data, you land on Orders instead. Use the sidebar menu on the left to switch between sections.

Basic Actions
Viewing Analytics
1. Open Analytics.
2. Select a period: Current month, Last 7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days, or a custom date range (up to 366 days).
3. Optionally, select a payment method.
4. Click a metric card to view its chart.
Metrics include revenue, number of payments, refund amount, commission, VAT, average order value, and conversion rate. Each card shows the change compared to the previous period. Data can be exported to CSV.
Finding a Payment
1. Open the Orders section.
2. Select a project, shop, and environment (LIVE or SANDBOX).
3. Filter by date, status, transaction_id, user_id, or payment method.
4. Need a file? Click the CSV export button. The file will include all payments matching the current filters.
Issuing a Refund
Real refunds can be issued by the Owner and Project Admin. Developer & QA can issue refunds in the sandbox environment only.

1. In the Refunds section, click the refund button.
2. Enter the transaction_id of the purchase. The amount and currency will be filled in automatically.
3. Specify the reason. A reason is required for real refunds.
4. Review the details in the confirmation window and confirm.

Rules:
  • Only payments with the Success status can be refunded.
  • Refunds are always for the full amount. Partial refunds are not supported.
  • Once submitted, a refund gets the Pending status, followed by Success or Failed (with a reason).
  • Do not resubmit a refund while it is Pending. The system will not create a duplicate anyway.
  • Refund details are available in the order card. Each row in the refund list links to it.
Managing Subscriptions
Subscription statuses:
  • Active — the subscription is active.
  • Past due — the charge failed; retries are in progress, and access is still available.
  • Paused — the subscription is paused.
  • Canceled — the subscription has been canceled.
  • Expired — the paid period has ended.
Canceling a subscription (Owner and Project Admin) turns off auto-renewal. The player keeps access until the end of the paid period. The payment for that period is not refunded.
Downloading a Financial Report
Available to the Owner and Accountant.
  • The monthly report (PDF) becomes available by the 10th of the following month. It is published by BestBridge.
  • Find the month you need using the "Year" and "Month" filters and click the download button.
  • For summary figures, select the months and projects in the Export block and click Download CSV. The file downloads immediately. The maximum range is 24 months.
Adding a Colleague
Users can be added and removed by the account owner. A project administrator can grant access to their own project.
  1. Open Management → Users & Roles.
  2. Click "Add".
  3. Enter the employee's details and select a role.
4. Save. The employee will receive an invitation email.

To change a user's role or remove a user, find them in the list and select the appropriate action. Access is revoked immediately after removal.

One account per person. Shared logins for multiple employees are not allowed.
Adding a Project
Each of your games is a separate project.

1. Go to the Projects & Shops tab.
2. Click the Create Project button.
3. Enter the project name.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.
Creating a Shop
- A Sandbox shop is created instantly, with no approval required. Enter the full shop name.
- A Live shop is created upon request to BestBridge. If your request is returned with a reason, fix the issue and submit the request again.

In the sandbox environment, you can test purchases without real money. Switching between sandbox and live modes is configured in the SDK within the game.
Adding a Product to the Catalog
Available to the Owner and Project Admin.
  1. Open Manage Products and select the IAPs or Subscriptions tab.
2. Click Add IAP (or the corresponding button for subscriptions).
3. Fill in the name, SKU, and price. For subscriptions, also specify the billing period.
4. Save.

Double-check the details before saving:

- The type, SKU, and subscription period cannot be changed later.
- The subscription price cannot be changed either. A new price requires a new product.
- The price of a one-time purchase (IAP) can be changed.

Products cannot be deleted, but you can remove them from sale using the Archive button. Players keep what they have already purchased. To put a product back on sale, use the Restore button.
Getting an API Key
The key is required to integrate your game. Each shop has one key.
Go to Projects & Shops → project → Generate API key.
  • The full key is shown only once, right after it is generated. Copy it and store it in a secure place.
  • After that, only a masked version is visible, for example bb_live_••••1234.
  • If you lose the key, ask the Owner to regenerate it. The old key will stop working immediately and will need to be replaced in the game.
Profile
Open your profile from the bottom of the sidebar menu.
Here you can:
  • change your name;
  • change your password;
  • generate new recovery codes (the old ones will stop working);
  • sign out of all devices at once;
  • sign out of the Dashboard.
Your email cannot be changed, as it is your login. Your role can only be changed by an administrator.
After you change your password, 2FA, or recovery codes, you will receive a notification email. If you did not make these changes, contact BestBridge support immediately.
